An intricate infill project for a site in downtown Dartmouth, the project responds to the limitations of restrictive zoning, exiting and setbacks requirements with bold formal clarity on the exterior and approaches to building circulation and unit configurations which morph as you rise up the building.

A focus on amenity and light led to a healthy mix of apartment sizes, including several which incorporate double-height living spaces with overlooking mezzanines. The exterior appearance is anchored in the light industrial aesthetic of the surrounding area.
